This exclusive event is limited to only 20 guests… not including the spirits we may encounter along the way.

Arrival begins at 9:30 PM
Your evening starts with a custom guided ghost tour through the haunted streets of Ybor City, led by SpookEasy Tours. Hear chilling tales of the district’s dark history as we explore locations known for unexplained activity and lingering spirits.
After the tour, guests will return to SpookEasy Lounge for a private paranormal lock-in. For the remainder of the night, the venue will be closed to the public and accessible only to ticket holders.
During the investigation, you’ll have access to both floors of the building and be provided with real paranormal investigation equipment to conduct your own ghost hunt. Explore haunted spaces, communicate with the unknown, and uncover what may still linger inside the walls of the SpookEasy.
Then, at the stroke of MIDNIGHT, gather in the center of the ballroom as Diana, Mystic of the Dark, leads an immersive séance intended to pierce the veil between this world and the next.
Whether you’re a skeptic, believer, or seasoned paranormal enthusiast, this is a night designed to leave you questioning what’s real long after it ends.

ParaNikki LLC is now accepting requests for private paranormal investigations at residences, businesses, historic properties, and other local establishments.
Our experienced investigation team will conduct a thorough on-site paranormal assessment using professional investigative methods and equipment.
What We Provide:
Professional paranormal investigation team (3–5 investigators)
Real paranormal research equipment
Professional videography and documentation
Evidence review and case assessment
Investigation of reported paranormal activity
Determination of whether reported phenomena warrant further investigation

• All locations must be screened and approved before an investigation is scheduled.
• We only investigate locations that are considered safe and free from hazardous conditions.
• Pricing for paid investigations is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope, location, and complexity of the case.
• ParaNikki LLC and the paranormal team reserves the right to photograph, record, publish, stream, and otherwise use any video, audio, photographs, or evidence collected during an investigation for promotional, educational, entertainment, or documentary purposes.
PRO BONO CASES
Each year, ParaNikki LLC selects up to 10 pro bono (free) investigations for individuals, families and establishments that may not otherwise be able to afford an investigation.
